Voter Privacy Measure Signed In To Law - AB 269 SACRAMENTO, CA- Recently, Governor Schwarzenegger signed into law AB 269, measure will take effect on January 1, 2010. AB 269 gives prosecutors and registrars the update to voter privacy laws that they need to secure our voting rights, not only at the polls but throughout the entire process. AB 269 makes it a misdemeanor to intentionally gain knowledge of how a particular voter voted during the counting or recounting of ballots in any election.

 The Seven Candidates for city council. As the election is coming to a closing date, the race is on to see who will win the 3 council seats this November 3.  You could say, its up to the citizens of Bell Gardens to determine the outcome.  We will just have to see!
